I am usually contactable most times during the day or evening. I will accept your pet on most days at any time between 8am and 10pm. I am also willing to collect your pet for a small fee to cover time and travel costs.

I check email daily so if you have not received a reply to an email request within 24 hours please phone or text. If you are texting please put your name and pet name in the text.
